Our special guest for show #045 of Torque and Chatter is 4 x World Speedway Champion, Greg Hancock.
Greg grew up in Southern California and started riding motorcycles at a young age.
Once he had completed his speedway apprenticeship in the USA, Greg set sail for the UK. Here he pursued a career in the sport and remained active from 1989 right up until 2020 when he retired. A stellar career spanning over 30 years, Greg has become one of the most decorated athlete's in the sports history.
I feel absolutely honoured to have had the chance to sit and chat with Greg for show #045. I truly hope you all enjoy listening to Greg as much as I did !

Our special guest for show #044 of Torque and Chatter is S5000 & Trans Am series driver, Nathan Herne.
Growing up in Northern NSW in a speedway family, Nathan has been around motorsport his whole life.
He started out in karts at 6 and now is representing the iconic Valvoline colours in the Garry Rogers Motorsport team. It has been quite a journey for the 18 year old.
Having the driving skills Nathan possesses and listening to him speak so passionately about racing I can only imagine where his motorsport career will take him.

Our special guest for show #043 of Torque and Chatter is Off Road Racing Crew Chief , Joe Weining.
Growing up in Tucson Arizona, Joe was born in to a family that embraced tinkering on all things mechanical.
Armed with a skill set developed after many years of experience in the off-road game, Joe has been able to work with some of the biggest names in the business including Jeff Ward, Jesse Jones and Toby Price.
Joe is currently here in Australia with Toby Price Motorsport. He is the crew Chief for the team and they are preparing to attack this years 2021 Finke Desert race, after 2020 was postponed due to Covid-19.
I hope you all enjoy listening to Joe as much as I did. His story is one of determination yet humbling all at the same time.
A huge ‘Thank You’ goes out to Toby Price and the entire team at TPM for allowing me this extended time to sit down and chat with Joe.

Our special guest for show #042 of Torque & Chatter is the World's Fastest Female Motorcycle Racer, Valerie Thompson.
Valerie began her professional life in Washington state as a banker. At this time she was riding her motorcycle on the streets and a friend convinced her take it to the track. Now fifteen odd years later, Valerie is an eight time world speed record holder and a member of the prestigious Sturgis Motorcycle Hall of Fame.
In this show we discuss with Valerie about being the first woman in the seat of the Target 550 Streamline. As a result, she could become the first woman to go over 400 mph both in a car and on a motorcycle.

Our special guest for show #041 of Torque & Chatter is the 2003 World Supersport Champion and former Moto GP racer, Chris Vermeulen.
Chris began his racing career in Australia competing in flat track events. He then moved on to road race a Yamaha R1 and then in 2003, Chris won the World Supersport Championship on board a Honda CBR600. Chris then had a successful World Superbike career prior to moving to Moto GP.
In this show we speak in depth about Chris' motorsport career, family life post racing and his love of hotrods.
Chris is an incredibly humble person who I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with, and I look forward to going for a ride with him in the future.

Originally from a Motocross background, Paul made the jump to Supercars in 1998 and competed in that space for a decade. Whilst being a professional driver Paul was also building a global business "PWR Performance Products", which has grown into an Australian business success story.
In this show we speak in depth about Paul's motorsport career and some of the great moments throughout the years. Paul is an engaging character that I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with and I look forward to seeing what his future endeavours are.

From originally wheelstanding a KR1S to then becoming Tom Cruise’s stunt double for Mission Impossible, Mingay has done it all. For Matt, he was born on one wheel and has pursued this path his entire adult life.

We discuss the accident that changed his life forever, and how he is working hard to be on top once again.

Our special guest for show #037 of Torque and Chatter is motorcycle content producer and racer, Rennie Scaysbrook.
Scaysbrook is a name that has been an integral part of the motorcycling community for decades. For Rennie, he was born into a family that not only had a passion for bikes, they also loved to write about them.
In this show we speak about Rennie’s early journalism career, and his current role as the Road Test Editor for Cycle News in the USA.
We discuss the journey of how he became the motorcycle record holder for the famed Pikes Peak Hill Climb, and his aspirations to compete in the TT.
Being able to chat with Rennie is like catching up with a mate you’ve known forever. One that the Motorcycle Industry is very lucky to have.
