Our special guest for show #054 of Torque and Chatter is Supercars driver, Jake Kostecki.  Jake started racing karts at seven years old and quickly progressed through to driving a touring car at the age of 14. 

In today's show we discuss Jake's time at Matt Stone Racing within the supercars series and his new opportunity next year with the Tickford team. Jake is one of the most promising racing talents we have in the country currently and has the great personality to match his race craft.

We discuss our track days at Morgan Park and QLD Raceway which we tested the all new Harley Davidson Pan America.  Last but certainly not least our favourite event on the calendar the one and only Dust Hustle 11.  Emma Mcferran and Jarred Brook joined us there and they rode the Pan America.

Our special guest for show #053 of Torque and Chatter is Motorcycle Racer, Shelby Turner. Shelby was born into a family that embraced motorcycle racing.

In the early days Shelby started racing on a PW50 and now has competed in most categories in the sport.

Shelby's latest adventure was an all women's crossing of the Simpson Desert. Shelby completed this and raised over $6000 for the Dolly's dream charity.

Our special guest for show #050 of Torque and Chatter is "The Queen Of Speed", Rachelle Splatt.  Growing up in Victoria within a motorsport family, racing was part of Rachelle's DNA.   Rachelle's initiation to drag racing was in a Monaro and then quickly into a top fuel dragster, from this point her career rose at a rapid rate.

Rachelle won the 1993 championship and left for the USA to race in the prestigious NHRA series.  Whilst over there she became the first female in the world to achieve 300mph.

In this show we speak in depth about Rachelle's time in racing and what it takes to achieve the success in this sport.
