Our special guest for show #048 of Torque and Chatter is sports therapist Kirsty McCall.
Kirsty is educated in psychology and has a representative history playing Rugby Union. This gives Kirsty a unique perspective of the physical and mental demands within elite sport.
Our conversation with Kirsty is a very different Torque and Chatter compared to our normal shows. This is one that I enjoyed immensely while also learning a lot.
